Two Fridays ago, Stephenson High got a taste of some hot college dance routines. There were three groups that I took particular interest. The first group consisted of a black and red-adorned cheerleading squad; you know with flips and whatnot. I mean the entire gym was sitting in complete awe, completely memorized at the spectacular event that was taking place before their eyes. Looking back at their routine, I think they did the best. The next group up were the AKA's. Dressed in their traditional colors of green and white, they torn up that gym floor. Their passionate steps were only outdone by their finale when they threw up the AKA hand insignia. That really set it off. The third and final group were pretty spiffy looking with their Steve Urkel attire. There is actually no way to describe these guys, trust me I tried and there isn't one world in the English language. So I guess I'll go with the French phrase le meilleur du meilleur which roughly translates to the best of the best. This group did about every verb in their routine; they popped, locked, and dropped it...literally. Well that's about all I have to say. Thnx for listening and I hope you enjoy the video.
